You feel at home in labor law and are well versed in insolvency law
You draft and review contracts in various legal fields, especially in labor law and restructuring law
You represent our clients before authorities and in out-of-court negotiations
You make legal clarifications and work on expert opinions
You develop legal strategies and negotiation tactics for court and negotiations
Qualifications
You have a Swiss or a foreign lawyer's license recognized in Switzerland
You have already gained experience in the mentioned legal fields
You have obtained a Master in Law with a good degree
You have a flair for entrepreneurship and an interest in economic and especially labor law issues
You bring a lot of independence, initiative, and teamwork skills
You seek and appreciate collaboration with lawyers in a commercial law firm
