Planeco is one of the leading companies in the field of solar energy in Switzerland. In addition to large
PV projects, our area of small electrical projects in single-family and
multi-family houses is growing dynamically. It is exactly for this growing area that we are looking for you as
Team Leader Electrical.
You will take over the leadership of an existing electrical team with six installers in the area of single-family and
multi-family small projects. The area has been successfully built up and continuously
developed in recent years. Many colleagues have shaped this area and support you with
experience and know-how. So you are entering a functioning environment with clear
structures, well-established processes, and further development potential.
In the Swiss electrical industry, quality and inspections are central. As a team leader, you will take
professional responsibility for quality assurance and inspections according to NIV. However, you do not bear this responsibility alone but are embedded in a strong team and an organization that supports you.

• Professional and personnel leadership of the electrical team
• Installation of AC and DC photovoltaic systems including controls
• Implementation of PV systems with emergency power solutions
• Installation of e-mobility solutions and individual small electrical projects
• Automation and energy management in single-family and multi-family houses
• Project management and project planning in the small project area
• Calculation, quotation, and change order management
• Execution of final inspections
• Responsibility for reporting according to NIV
• Quality assurance and project controlling
• Participation in the further development of the growing area of small electrical projects

• Training as an electrical project manager installation and safety or comparable qualification
• Control number according to NIV
• Experience in a leadership role in the electrical field
