Your Tasks
- Personal and telephone customer support regarding service and repairs
- Preparing quotes and selling workshop services
- Recording and processing customer and workshop orders
- Coordinating final inspections, billing and vehicle handovers
- Planning rental and replacement vehicles and checking for damages
- Handling warranty, goodwill and insurance cases
- Ensuring quality and taking on administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Completed technical basic training in the automotive sector or in construction or agricultural machinery
- Professional experience in the automotive industry - experience with commercial vehicles is a plus
- Ideally, you have already worked as a customer service advisor
- Commercial training complements your technical know-how
- You approach people openly, communicate professionally and enjoy customer contact
- You work independently, reliably and goal-oriented
- Even when it gets hectic, you keep an overview
- Driving licence category B is mandatory, category C is an advantage
- You communicate confidently in German; knowledge of Italian or English is welcome
