Tasks

• Active participation in the branch
• Responsibility for merchandise orders and product presentation
• Responsibility for cash management and inventory control of the branch
• Organization of branch operations
• Staff scheduling and employee coordination
• Promotion and motivation of the branch team

Profile

• Professional experience in sales or a similar environment
• Ideally completed vocational training in retail or the food sector
• Experience in employee leadership
• Professional experience as a branch manager
• High motivation, commitment, and resilience
• Flexibility regarding working hours
• Good German language skills
