Head of Marketing 80%
to lead the Marketing team, which is responsible for the strategic positioning and visibility of the ZHdK. The focus is on strengthening the brand, further developing student, event, and location marketing, central image media, and the strategic management of the web platform.
Your Tasks
- Lead the Marketing & Production team (8 people)
- Strengthen the ZHdK brand and increase its visibility
- Strategic further development of student marketing
- Strategic further development of the ZHdK website as Product Owner
- Responsibility for the budget
- Deputy of the Head of University Communication
Your Profile
- University degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields
- Proven leadership experience
- Solid knowledge in content marketing, digital marketing, SEO, web management
- High strategic-conceptual competence
- Experience in stakeholder management in complex organizations
- Consulting skills, negotiation skills, and decisiveness
- Fluent in German and English
