Job Description
We are looking for our pilot plant, a
PILOT OPERATOR
Shift work in 2 or 3 teams according to the production plan
DESIRED PROFILE
Preferably a technical CFC or equivalent training.
Specific knowledge: basic computer tools (Word, SAP, Excel, Access..).
Ability to perform various tasks related to the chemical industry: assembly, disassembly and cleaning of manufacturing elements (pump, valve, pipes, …),
Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly
Strong technical orientation
Ability to generate process improvement ideas
Ability to integrate into the team
MAIN TASKS
Ensure the optimal operation of the manufacturing installation and keep a handwritten protocol of the various points of the prescription
Take control samples reliably
Apply safety instructions and comply with manufacturing prescriptions and directives
Support the pilot technical agent in training new associates, temporary collaborators and apprentices.
Be able to start and stop the installations
Enter faulty points into the failure management system (SAP).
Participate in the commissioning of an installation with the various resulting tests
Perform TQM tests on temperature and pressure measurements.
