How you contribute

Become part of our team and become the central contact person for shipping orders (land, air, and sea transport) within the Belimed Group.

Main tasks include:

Contact person for arising problems and questions in spare parts supply

Support in the introduction of new products (Phase In / Phase Out)

Maintenance of supply chain relevant master data

Communication with internal and external stakeholders

Contact person for processing shipping orders and customs clearance within the Belimed Group

Coordination of external warehouse service providers and management of interfaces (Third-Party Logistics)

Verification and accounting of freight invoices

What you need

Strong communication skills and flexibility

Independent and solution-oriented working style, pronounced teamwork skills

Good MS Office skills

Confident handling of SAP (module MM/SD) desirable

Very good German and English skills, spoken and written

Commercial training with more than 5 years of experience related to logistics or comparable qualification

Experience in shipping processing, customs and foreign trade & spare parts supply
