Specialist Business Control (a)

The Command Department supports the Lucerne Police and the population with technical, logistical, and infrastructural services so that the police officers can focus on their core tasks. The business control attached to quality management ensures as an internal service center that police reports and documents are created correctly, on time, and in compliance with the law. It takes over the final check of all documents and thus guarantees a high quality standard.
Your tasks
- Opening, monitoring, and managing incidents are among your main tasks
- You review, approve, and issue reports
- You consistently enforce quality standards in reporting and incident management
- You competently support users in handling police specialist applications (e.g., myABI, CMI Police, RIPOL)
- You provide professional and solution-oriented support to internal and external customers thanks to your expertise
Your profile
- You have successfully completed police training
- In addition to several years of professional experience, you bring solid police expertise
- You have a strong affinity for IT and enjoy working with a variety of systems
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are required
- Networked thinking and solution-oriented action are among your strengths
- You present yourself with natural assertiveness combined with high social competence
- Even in hectic situations or controversial discussions, you remain calm and objective and can constructively handle different opinions
