Product Manager / Head of Building Services & Water Supply (m/f) 100%

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the product area of building services, heating, and water supply
• Implementation of the company strategy in product management as well as control and further development of strategic procurement
• Leadership, coaching, and development of a team of four employees (product managers and data managers)
• Ensuring efficient, supplier-oriented, and market-close product management
• Close cooperation with internal stakeholders such as sales, purchasing, logistics, and marketing
• Representation of the company and active networking with existing suppliers and potential new partners

Your qualities

• Completed education at HF level and several years of experience in product management, ideally in the field of building services or a related technical environment
• Strong negotiation skills in discussions with suppliers
• Sound knowledge in strategic procurement and product portfolio management
• Proven leadership experience and enjoyment in developing a team
• Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a high degree of initiative
• Willingness to travel and to be present at the locations St. Gallen and/or Kölliken
• German at native speaker level, knowledge of a second national language is an advantage
