To strengthen our heating sales team, we are looking for a committed and strong negotiator as

Your area of responsibility

  • Support and strategic development of defined key accounts in the Eastern sales area
  • Building long-term customer relationships as well as active acquisition of new key customers
  • Development and implementation of individual customer and sales strategies
  • Conducting price and contract negotiations within the scope of competencies
  • Close cooperation with the Head of Heating Sales Switzerland and internal specialist departments
  • Market and competitor monitoring including derivation of concrete measures

    • Your background

  • Completed technical or commercial basic training (ideally HVAC / Energy / Building Technology)
  • Several years of experience in consultative B2B sales or key account management
  • Very good technical understanding in the field of heating and energy systems
  • Strong negotiation skills, closing strength and affinity for numbers
  • Independent, structured working style with high customer and result orientation
  • Very good German skills in spoken and written form
