• Overall culinary responsibility for all gastronomic units on campus
• Development and implementation of creative, varied, and economical menus for different concepts (from self-service to à la carte, including catering)
• Ensuring high quality standards in production, presentation, and taste
• Leading, motivating, and developing a kitchen team across multiple outlets including patisserie
• Proactive involvement in the development of new gastronomic concepts and special promotions
• Participation in events and special occasions on campus

• Completed training as a cook with EFZ certification and further training as a kitchen chef or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position as well as leadership experience
• Strong business thinking and acting
• Excellent IT skills and flawless German language skills, both spoken and written
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and team orientation
• Passion for the cooking profession as well as organizational talent with a high sense of responsibility
