Mission:
As Facility Management Manager, you assume overall responsibility for the operation, performance, and enhancement of the technical assets of a client portfolio. Your main responsibilities include:
- Operational, contractual, and financial management of Facility Management services, in project mode and throughout the entire lifecycle of installations (HVAC and non-HVAC).
- Direct management of the FM team: organization, planning, skills development, and daily support.
- Role of project manager / object manager with a broad vision: managing client requests, prioritization, dispatching, coordination of subcontractors, cost, deadline, and quality control.
- Point of contact and strategic technical reference for clients; support in technical and financial decisions.
- Analysis of the condition of buildings and installations, planning of technical investments, and optimization of asset performance.
- Profit center monitoring: control of revenues and expenses, margin optimization, client invoicing follow-up, and subcontractor invoice management.
- Administrative management of FM contracts: technical documentation, scheduled maintenance, commissioning, warranties, and transfers.
- Active contribution to continuous improvement of internal processes and participation in quality audits.
- Participation in on-call supervision according to internal organization.
- Regular travel to clients (driving license B required).
Profile:
Federal diploma in real estate management, or Bachelor / federal diploma in a technical field or related to Facility Management.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Facility Management.
- Strong technical skills, especially in HVACSE and regulation.
- Experience in multidisciplinary project management and technical asset management.
- Good knowledge of the construction field and Facility Services (cleaning, concierge, etc.).
- Comfortable with common IT tools (MS Office).
- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent organization, and high autonomy.
- Ability to make quick and relevant decisions, macro vision, and ability to take a step back. Strong client orientation and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent communication, listening, and leadership skills.
- Fluent French, good knowledge of German is an asset.
