Under the direction of the head chef, pamper our guests with the best food quality in terms of taste and expertise
Implement the kitchen philosophy and the restaurant concept of the gourmet restaurant "Spettacolo" (16 Gault Millau points)
You independently lead and organize your station, manage and supervise the employees assigned to you
