You lead the Department of Resources & Services and provide central administrative services for the School of Engineering with your team.

• Strategic, personnel, professional, financial and organizational management of the Department of Resources & Services of the School of Engineering
• Active participation in shaping strategic and operational issues
• Advisory member of the department management
• Responsibility for service provision in building management and department-specific IT
• Support of the Campus Technikum construction project
• Representation of the department's interests at coordination meetings at ZHAW level
• Responsibility for compliance with legal requirements for occupational safety and health protection within the department

For this versatile and demanding management position, you have proven leadership experience and a university degree in computer science, business informatics, civil engineering or a comparable qualification.

You also bring solid and several years of management and organizational experience in the fields of computer science and civil engineering or facility management, preferably in an educational organization.

With your pronounced communication and integration skills as well as your leadership qualities, you know how to create a culture of appreciative interaction. You are considered an integrative, implementation-strong personality with a high culture of dialogue and the ability to navigate the tensions of various stakeholders. You are very quality-conscious and service-oriented.
