To strengthen our production teams, we are building a long-term employee pool. You will support us in assembly – depending on capacity requirements in various production areas and shift models. Initially on a temporary basis – tomorrow perhaps, depending on need/aptitude, permanently employed in the team. At Trafag, this is not just a phrase but lived practice.
- Assembly and final assembly of electromechanical components, sensor assemblies, and devices
- Checking and testing (leak detection, insulation test, high voltage test, intermediate and final inspection)
- Calibrating and adjusting sensor assemblies and devices (including cold and warm adjustment)
- Mechanical and electronic connection techniques (laser welding, bonding, soldering, crimping)
- Handling of production equipment (loading/unloading climate ovens, calibration systems)
- Documentation and quality assurance (error recording, SAP lists, certificates, labels, type plates)
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Experience in assembling small devices or electronic components is an advantage
- Basic computer skills
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- You are reliable, punctual, and work precisely
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom
