As a new university psychiatric company emerging from the merger of the University Psychiatric Services Bern (UPD) and the Psychiatric Center Münsingen (PZM), we are looking for a visionary leader as Site Manager Bern (COO).
In this role, you take on overall operational responsibility for the Bern site, chair the site management committee, and coordinate all non-medical areas such as infrastructure, logistics, hospitality, security, and management support. In the executive management, you shape quality, profitability, and resource efficiency together with clinic management and directors and promote a performance- and employee-oriented, interprofessional leadership culture.
What you can achieve
- As a member of the executive management, you are jointly responsible for quality, profitability, and resource efficiency together with the clinics and directors
- You promote a performance-oriented, interprofessional, and employee-oriented leadership culture
- Completed university degree in health management, business administration, or equivalent; further training in organizational development desired
- Several years of leadership experience with overall operational or departmental responsibility in a clinic, institution, or healthcare organization
- Sound knowledge of clinic organization, process and quality management, as well as budget control
- Very good communication and networking skills, strategic thinking, and implementation strength
- Very good German and good French skills complete your profile (English is an advantage)
