From individual garden planning by experienced landscape architects to professional garden construction and sustainable maintenance – our diverse team of 57 employees brings competence, creativity, and passion to every project.

Your main tasks

• Project responsibility: Taking responsibility for projects from the initial idea to realization.
• Concept and development: Independent content and graphic development of projects step by step in coordination with the team.
• Customer enthusiasm: Conduct inspiring conversations with our customers and translate their wishes into creative designs. In planning, you accompany our customers from the initial consultation, through plant distribution, to final acceptance.
• Teamwork & communication: Close collaboration with our construction and maintenance team.

Your profile

• A completed degree in landscape architecture, horticultural technology, or similar education. Professional experience is an advantage.
• Solid plant knowledge as well as a strong understanding of construction and cost compilation.
• Joy in designing and the ability to evoke emotions with your plans.
• Confident use of common programs (especially Vectorworks).
• An independent, solution- and practice-oriented working style as well as the ability to lead projects and organize your team’s work.
• As a team player, you are open, curious, and interested in learning new topics and developing solutions together.
• Flawless command of the German language, both spoken and written.
• Driver’s license category B
