About the job

Precision. Quality. Teamwork. As a Maintenance & Facility Manager, you will ensure the maintenance of equipment and infrastructure, contributing to company safety and efficiency.

What you can drive

• Ensure routine and extraordinary maintenance of production machinery, technical systems and company infrastructure
• Plan and coordinate interventions for preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs and calibration of equipment and measuring instruments
• Coordinate external suppliers and collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure the proper functioning of systems and infrastructure
• Plan, direct and accompany projects for automation and modernisation of production processes, from needs analysis to implementation and commissioning
• Promote continuous improvement of production processes, optimising system efficiency, reducing costs and ensuring compliance with safety regulations

What sets you apart

• Technical training completed in mechanical, electromechanical or electronic fields
• Professional experience in maintenance of machinery, technical systems and infrastructure, with good knowledge of mechanics, electromechanics and plant engineering
• Independent working method, structured and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and good organisational skills
• Team spirit and good communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for collaboration with various stakeholders
• Good knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of other national languages is an important requirement
