About the job
Casa Depuoz is a social institution serving children, adolescents, and adults with special learning and care needs. In our residential home for adults, we care for and support around 45 residents in five living groups in Trun as well as in our workshops.
As of September 1, 2025, or by arrangement, we are looking for a caregiver 80% as a temporary assistant until summer 2026 for two of our adult care teams at our location in Trun.
FaBe, equivalent training, career changers possible.
Area of responsibility:
- Accompanying, caring for, and promoting the residents in the protected living and day structure
- Independent creation, implementation, and evaluation of support plans
- Designing the workday and leisure activities
- Responsibility for the basic care of the residents
- Active and constructive collaboration within the team and the department
We expect:
- FaBe or equivalent training in the care or work area, career changers possible
- Willingness to shape part of the daily routine for people with disabilities and to accompany them in this
- Organizational talent and creativity
- Mental resilience, patience, and empathy
- Team and criticism skills
- Your spontaneity and natural sense of humor complete your profile
