Your field of activity

• You are responsible for the nursing process based on the nursing models and nursing diagnoses applied at LUKS
• Participation in improving the quality and effectiveness of nursing is also part of your duties
• You take over the coordination of nursing in interprofessional collaboration
• Your deployment usually takes place on weekdays in the early shift on all medical wards; depending on personnel resources, late shifts are also possible

Your experience

• You have completed basic training as a nurse HF/FH and have several years of professional experience
• As a resilient, communicative, and open personality, you are characterized by high social competence in dealing with patients and team members
• You demonstrate a high degree of flexibility to work in ever-changing teams
