Your Contribution

You handle complex claims cases in the field of property insurance, including commercial and industrial sectors
You inspect damage sites on location, mainly in the cantons of St. Gallen and Thurgau. Additionally, you assess cases via video expertise and work closely with external experts
You are responsible for reviewing and assessing coverage and liability issues as well as the extent of damage
You initiate immediate measures, review and carry out recourse claims
You maintain personal, telephone, and written contact with policyholders and their representatives, service providers, contract providers, craftsmen, as well as internal departments
You can contribute to working groups, training sessions, and projects

Your Skills and Talents

You have a commercial education in the insurance industry
You hold a qualification as an insurance specialist with a federal certificate or a diploma in insurance management HF
You possess very good knowledge in the field of property insurance and liability law
You have several years of experience in handling claims cases in the property insurance sector
Experience in claims field service is an advantage
You have a good understanding of technical contexts, especially in building technology
Fluent German in spoken and written form. Knowledge of additional foreign languages (French or English) is an advantage
You are an organizational talent, flexible, with good negotiation skills and assertiveness
Additionally, you are committed, resilient, and service-oriented
Your profile is rounded off with good IT user skills
