Your Tasks
- Ensuring and promoting care quality through practical support of the residential groups in specialist matters
- Supporting the nursing and specialist management and nursing teams in planning, creating, and implementing the nursing process
- Supporting the nursing and specialist management in strategic planning for the development of evidence-based nursing and its implementation
- Care, advice, and empowerment of residents and their reference persons in complex medical and nursing situations
- Supporting nursing professionals with residential group-specific specialist tasks in their role as professional leaders
- Timely processing and analysis of critical incidents and development of improvement proposals
- Collaboration with nursing experts and the specialist expert for nursing development of the municipal senior and Spitex centers in the overarching nursing department
- Development of overarching nursing-specific foundational documents and participation in or leadership of projects
- Conducting extended clinical assessments and evaluation with the relevant parties
- Interprofessional collaboration with departments of the Aging and Care area, as well as with internal and external network partners in healthcare (e.g., assigned general practitioners)
Your Profile
- Preferably a degree or willingness to pursue an MScN or MAS with specialization in long-term care
- Several years of professional experience in nursing (preferably in long-term care)
- Participative working style in an interprofessional environment
- Experience in project management is an advantage
- Solid PC user skills in common IT applications
- Very good oral and written German skills, good English skills are an advantage
- High social competence, team player
