Project Manager, ICS and Risk Officer, Location Zurich-Oerlikon

Responsibilities

• You ensure the operation and further development of the internal control system (ICS), opportunity and risk management, as well as business continuity management (BCM), monitor compliance with municipal requirements, and prepare meaningful reports for management.
• Through targeted optimisations, you increase the effectiveness of these instruments and align them consistently with the organisation's strategic priorities.
• You lead and support strategically relevant, cross-departmental projects and sub-projects, from stakeholder management to the sustainable embedding of new solutions and processes.
• You strengthen project management competence, advise project managers and executives, and promote knowledge and experience exchange within the organisation.
• As part of the Innovation and Processes team, you provide impulses for innovation, digitalisation, and quality management, and develop viable concepts and decision-making bases.

Profile

• You are an initiative-taking, responsible, and implementation-strong personality who enjoys taking responsibility, actively driving topics forward, and maintaining an overview even with demanding issues.
• You have solid knowledge of the Internal Control System (ICS) and risk management and bring experience in applying and further developing these instruments.
• You have experience in leading cross-departmental projects, are enthusiastic about change, and know how to bring different people and interests together.
• You hold a university degree or higher professional qualification, preferably with a business administration background. Additional training in project management, ICS, or risk management is an advantage.
• You think analytically and networked, act pragmatically and solution-oriented, and convince through clear communication and know how to win others over to common goals.

The annual salary for this position ranges between CHF 113,388 and CHF 151,510 (100%) depending on experience.

The central Services department is located at the Zurich-Oerlikon site and provides various services within the entire service division.
