In a complex, intercultural environment, you take on a responsible role with social relevance. As part of our specialized "Young Adults" team, you accompany refugees aged 18 to 25 in the Canton of Lucerne on their path to an independent life.
Your tasks

- As a trusted contact person for young refugees in the Canton of Lucerne, you accompany them long-term and use the creative space for individual and tailored counseling.
- With your expertise, you support young adults on their educational path and entry into the labor market - always observing legal requirements and balancing help and control.
- In challenges such as illness, debt, or school dropout, you develop individual solutions together with those affected that sustainably improve their life situation.
- In close cooperation with caseworkers and specialist offices, you manage cases responsibly. You also contribute your expertise to professional discussions to help shape the further development of social work.
Your profile
• With a completed degree in Social Work (FH/University), you bring a solid professional foundation.
• Have you already gained initial experience with subsidiarity and social insurance issues? Excellent. If not, we are happy to support you in acquiring this knowledge.
• You enjoy working with young adults from various cultural backgrounds and bring patience and understanding for their life world.
• You remain resilient even in challenging situations and are characterized by your independent and structured way of working.
