To expand our team, we are looking for a Case Manager Integration Management 70 - 80% at our Olten location starting immediately or by arrangement. YOUR MISSION
In this challenging role, you are our "crack" in case/care management. You play a key role in further developing our offerings. You set internal standards and take on mandates in case/care management for various clients. Are you an initiative-taking, resilient, and open personality with good presentation skills? Then you are our candidate. YOUR SUPERPOWERS

University degree in social sciences/psychology or a qualification at the level of a federal specialist certificate or federal expert
Several years of proven experience as a case manager in integration management
In-depth knowledge of social insurance and labor law with corresponding further training
Basic knowledge of psychological and somatic illnesses and their impact on possible integration processes
Skilled in dealing with employees of all hierarchical levels and from various operational settings (administration, transport and logistics, social and healthcare, trade and industry as well as

commercial and service companies) - Fluent German skills and consulting competence in French (C1) are mandatory. If you also enjoy traveling professionally - the job profile includes handling cases mainly in the Mittelland-Northwest Switzerland and Central Switzerland regions - and you are characterized by high flexibility, then we need to meet you.
