• Completed commercial apprenticeship or ongoing bachelor's degree
• First practical experience in accounting, controlling, or finance is an advantage
• Strong numerical understanding and interest in business contexts
• Good Excel skills as well as interest in digitization, automation, and modern tools
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written – additional national languages are a plus
