Construction Site Manager Painting (m/f)
Your tasks
- Complete and independent handling of the assigned work on the site
- Meetings with clients, site managers, architects, etc.
- Instruction and supervision of other painters on the construction sites
- Site and performance controls as well as quality assurance
- Motivation of employees
- Execution of all painting work in the interior and exterior areas for new buildings, renovations, and refurbishments
- Repairs and touch-ups on interior walls and facades of buildings
- Creating progress reports
- Support with material orders
- Completed apprenticeship as a painter EFZ and further training as a construction site manager SMGV
- Solid professional knowledge
- High willingness to perform
- Several years of professional experience
- Decisive with assertiveness
- Team-oriented and communicative
- Good German language skills
- Confident and well-groomed appearance
- Resident in the Basel region
- Driver's license
