What to expect
- You develop our CRM strategy and lifecycle models, prioritize target groups, identify cross- and upselling potentials, and derive concrete measures based on KPIs and market trends
- Independent management of CRM, personalization, and MarTech projects with coordination of interdisciplinary teams within the project work as well as close collaboration with IT, Commercial, Digital, and external partners
- Design and implementation of personalized CRM campaigns as well as ensuring a consistent personalization strategy across all channels
- Participation in the further development of the MarTech landscape (e.g., automation, personalization, AI-based solutions) and interface to IT for implementation and integration of new tools
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders, moderation of working groups and project meetings, and presentation of concepts and roadmaps at management level
- Close collaboration with Marketing, IT, Product Teams as well as Controlling & Insights, Loyalty Marketing, and Market Research as an interface between departments
What you bring
- Completed studies in business administration, (digital) marketing, CRM, business informatics, or comparable; specializations in CRM systems, marketing automation, data-driven marketing, or agile project management are an advantage
- Several years of professional experience (3–5 years) in a comparable position, proven project management experience with IT/MarTech reference, solid knowledge of CRM/automation tools, customer journey frameworks or personalization concepts, as well as experience in e-commerce or retail
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate customer insights and data as well as market developments into effective measures
- Solid project management experience in CRM/MarTech/personalization with strong coordination and time management skills
- High personal responsibility with an eye for optimization potentials as well as pronounced communication skills in dealing with stakeholders, including persuasiveness in meetings and lateral leadership skills in projects
- Strong team skills in cross-functional structures as well as curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, trends, and methods in CRM & personalization
- Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
