Our IT support technicians play a crucial role in providing quality service to assist our users daily with attentiveness and expertise. They apply their technical skills to effectively resolve incidents, deploy innovative solutions, and actively contribute to improvement projects.
Do you recognize yourself in the following?
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an IT specialist or an equivalent qualification. ITIL skills are an asset
- You have at least 2 years of experience in an IT support role
- You ideally have expertise in Microsoft environments (Windows, AD, M365, Azure)
- You have an excellent level of French (C1) and technical knowledge of English (B1)
- You possess a category B driving license to travel to different sites if needed
- You stand out for your analytical skills and interpersonal abilities

- You manage incidents and ensure follow-up according to Service Level Agreements (SLA) by phone and on various TPF sites
- You guarantee first and second level IT support for internal users and clients
- You ensure the installation, configuration, and maintenance of users' IT equipment as well as applications
- You implement changes and service requests from users and other IT department groups
- You actively participate in IT projects, especially in deployments, migrations, optimization, and continuous system improvement
- You administer workstations and mobile devices via Intune and SCCM tools
