Medical Practice Assistant 80-100% (m/f/i)

• Support of the Medical Team in caring for hotel guests in the practice and in the hotel room through appointment assistance and scheduling of appointments (using the RA system)
• Recording and managing medical data in the electronic medical record (Vitomed) as well as preparing medical reports and correspondence
• Handling telephone inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general administrative tasks with MS Office
• Ordering materials and medications
• Ensuring quality and collaboration with adjacent areas such as doctors, Guest Services & Coaches, and hospitality
• Additional tasks include blood pressure measurement, minor wound care, blood sampling, infusion, injections, as well as ECG and ergometry with lactate measurements
• Independent execution of medically supervised therapies such as ozone treatments, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, or hypoxia therapies

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant
• Willingness to take on the internal hotel on-call service
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, ideally also experience with the TAC system and Vitomed
• Good English and German skills, additional language skills are an advantage
• Independent and flexible working style
• Service-oriented thinking
• Friendly manners with a strong service mindset
• Several years of professional experience in the medical field is an advantage
