As a team leader (m/f/d), you take on a central role: You lead a committed team both professionally and personally, promote collaboration in an agile environment (SAFe), set priorities within product management activities, and ensure the quality of the solutions. Together with stakeholders, customers, and partners, you actively shape the further development of the AHVeasy platform.

What you will achieve
In this versatile role, you are responsible for the further development of AHVeasy's digital solutions while simultaneously leading your team:
- Professional and personnel leadership of the AHVeasy team (including coaching, promotion, and development of employees)
- Developing and implementing the team and product strategy in collaboration with business owners, customers, and portfolio management
- Responsibility for maintaining and further developing the product roadmap
- Planning and managing cross-system tests and quality assurance
- Defining, prioritizing, and maintaining the backlog in coordination with the product owners
- Translating customer requirements and business needs into epics, features, and user stories
- Promoting collaboration with other teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient, high-quality solutions
- Taking on (partial) project management roles
Why you will succeed
For this exciting leadership role, we are looking for committed individuals with high initiative and the following profile:
- Completed education or further training in business informatics (e.g., HF/FH) or a comparable qualification, complemented by a strong affinity for digital solutions
- Several years of experience in product or project management, ideally combined with initial leadership or team management experience
- Experience with integrating portal solutions into complex system landscapes
- Experience in the web/portal environment is desirable
- Solid knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, ideally SAFe®)
- Analytical, structured working style as well as pronounced leadership and team skills
- High quality awareness and strong customer orientation
- Very good German skills; any additional national language is an advantage
