You take responsibility for the support of our French- and German-speaking customers in the Scan & BPO Center while ensuring smooth production operations. With your sense for service quality, efficiency, and customer needs, you ensure that our services are delivered not only reliably but also profitably. You lead a dedicated team, develop processes further, and are the central contact person for technical and operational matters.
This is what you will drive with us- Customer Support & Service Quality: You support our French- and German-speaking customers, ensure contract compliance, and conduct regular customer meetings.
- Team Leadership & Project Management: You lead one of our service teams both professionally and personally and manage internal projects.
- Service Optimization & Upselling: You identify potentials for improving and expanding our services and implement them together with the customer.
- Reporting: You regularly create status reports for our customers and are responsible for internal and external reporting regarding service quality and performance.
- Production Control: You ensure a stable, efficient, and error-free production operation in the Scan & BPO Center.
- Comprehensive Process Support: You ensure the end-to-end view of customer processes, check the feasibility of change requests, and are responsible for production-relevant documentation as well as testing.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: You act as the central interface to the internal support team and support the sales team during tenders.
- You are bilingual – you speak and write fluent German and French at a native level.
- You enjoy working independently and take great pleasure in customer support and leading a small team.
- A flexible, reliable, and team-oriented attitude is among your strengths.
- You have completed a commercial basic education or a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field.
- You have several years of professional experience in customer support and communication, ideally in the field of document management.
- You possess good technical understanding and an affinity for digital solutions.
- You are confident and experienced in using MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
