Requirements

Training in service and/or corresponding experience in service in upscale Japanese gastronomy, host with heart and soul, possesses extensive wine knowledge or is willing to expand it, loves a well-kept environment and demanding service, works independently and reliably, is friendly, courteous, eager to work, a team player, helpful, open, and flexible.
