Your tasks with us
• Implementing a high quality of care and support
• Supporting residents in everyday structures
• Individual care and promotion within the framework of the key person system
• Participating in diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• In the role of daily responsibility, you ensure the smooth daily routine
• You keep the care documentation complete and independently
• You promote and accompany our trainees
• Participation and commitment in work and project groups
• There is a night shift team, so you do not have to perform night shifts
