We are one of the last three "Gasthof Ochsen" in Switzerland with an in-house butcher shop owned by the family. "Meat enjoyment with family tradition" is lived daily by us. Our hotel has 35 modern rooms, a restaurant with a guest lounge, Ermitage and Birseck lounges, our "village terrace" and 2 banquet halls.
Since 2024, we have been listed with 13 points at Gault & Millau.
We are looking for a
service professional (m/f) with a heart for refined à la carte service (80%) starting in July or by arrangement

Your tasks and skills for a service with heart & style
- You have completed service training, solid professional knowledge, and good wine knowledge
- You are open and sociable, practice your profession with passion, and inspire our guests with your charm and friendliness
- You are a sales talent, team player, resilient, and flexible
- You manage your own service station including cash register accounting
- Mise-en-place tasks
- German as a native language or very good in spoken and written form,
- English and/or French desired
