Your Tasks
- Comprehensive care and support of patients (m/f/d) with internal diseases (e.g., diabetes, gastrointestinal diseases, infections)
- Monitoring and administration of infusion therapies
- Promotion of mobility and independence (e.g., fall prevention, provision of aids)
- Management of chronic diseases and support in therapy adjustment
- Support in diagnostic and therapeutic measures (e.g., sonography, endoscopy)
- Documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration with therapists
Your Profile
- Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d), nursing specialist (m/f/d), or medical assistant (m/f/d)
- Proficient handling of clinic-specific IT systems
