- Support to the store manager in all tasks related to work organization, team management, and coaching
- Monitoring employees, various interviews, conflict management
- Customer satisfaction-oriented advice and sales
- Stock management and order placement
- Control and display of merchandise
- Sales checkout and cash register management
- Implementation of the company's strategy and concept
- Support to the manager in administrative tasks (cash register management, internal control system monitoring, goods receipt)
- Replacement of the manager during absences.
- Federal diploma of vocational education and training as retail manager or equivalent training
- Proven experience in sales and team leadership
- Ability to supervise, coach, and motivate a team
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Proficiency in main computer software
- Excellent command of the French language
- Forklift license is an advantage
- Organizational skills, ease in human contacts with a strong customer focus.
