- You take on the professional support and processing by phone and email for all inquiries regarding the switching service as well as our supplementary health insurance
- You ensure support for the switching service platform, a self-service portal
- You are responsible for mutations of customer and contract data including individual solution finding
- You are responsible for special cases of the switching service that cannot be carried out automatically and make individual clarifications as well as the necessary correspondence with customers and health insurance companies
- You continuously test our switching service platform to ensure a first-class digital experience for our customers
- You actively contribute to the team, promote knowledge exchange, and always keep the needs of our customers at the center
Your Skills and Talents

- Very good oral and written language skills in German and at least one other national language (French or Italian)
- Enjoyment of customer contact, helpfulness, and empathy with the goal of offering every customer the best possible solution
- You have a quick grasp, enjoy working in a team, and complement it with your commitment and perseverance
- You have motivation and drive to take responsibility in an agile team, work independently, and advance customer-oriented solutions
