As a subsidiary of Burgdorfer Gasthausbrauerei AG, we promote beer culture at Burgdorfer Schützenhaus AG. In addition to a diverse and varied selection of beers, the traditional establishment is particularly characterized by a cuisine focused on beer enjoyment.

The Burgdorfer Schützenhaus offers more than 400 seats with two large terraces, an event hall, a guest room, a vaulted cellar, and a meeting room.

To complement our team in the Schützenhaus restaurant, we are looking for an enthusiastic and team-oriented personality from March 2026 or by arrangement as:

Your profile

• You are trained and have a Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ) in restaurant or hotel management
• or you have many years of professional experience in the gastronomy sector
• You are flexible, resilient, and upbeat
• You master service, office, organizational, and coordination tasks and enjoy the variety between these areas
• You take responsibility, are a team player, and have a quick grasp
