John Haustechnik AG is an established company in the field of building services engineering, known for quality, reliability, and innovative solutions. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual as a Sanitary Planner EFZ.

Tasks

• Creating sanitary plans for new construction and renovation projects
• Developing project and execution plans in the sanitary sector
• Preparing schematics, tenders, and technical documentation
• Coordinating sanitary planning with architecture, specialist planners, and construction management
• Creating prefabrication plans for GIS and drainage pipes
• Producing 3D visualisations and floor plans of bathrooms in renovation projects
• Maintaining and updating planning documents

Requirements

• Completed training as a Sanitary Planner EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Experience in sanitary planning and Swiss construction industry
• Good knowledge of CAD programmes and common MS Office applications
• Technical understanding as well as careful and structured working methods
• Good command of German, both spoken and written
• Team spirit, initiative, and enjoyment in collaborating with various project participants
• Willingness to take responsibility and to develop professionally
