- Before enjoying your well-deserved end of shift, you make sure to hand over a clean, accurate, and well-documented shift.
- Your innovative thinking enables you to make suggestions for improvement to advance process optimization.
What you bring with you
- You have completed training as a dairy technologist or in the food sector (cook, butcher, baker, etc.) and may already have some experience as a plant operator.
- Your flexibility is shown, among other things, in your willingness to work in a 4-shift system.
- You master the German language in spoken and written form and have technical flair.
- You learn quickly and will soon master the operation of the operating systems (MES/SAP).
- Your physical and mental fitness motivates and enables you to perform at your best, you are resilient and remain calm even in stressful situations.
