The EOC, the multi-site hospital of Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds. To lead the organization of the Medical Secretariat and Outpatient Clinic teams of the Regional Hospital of Lugano, we are looking for a
Head of Medical Secretariat Organization (100%)
Profile:
The person we are looking for is a professional with solid experience in team leadership and process management. They know how to guide collaborators with leadership, sensitivity, and development skills, fostering a collaborative and interdisciplinary work environment.
They are oriented towards continuous improvement and innovation, with particular attention to organizational transformation and encouraging digital evolution within processes. They demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and relational skills, combined with flexibility and a sense of responsibility.
Required qualifications:
- university education in economics, management, or equivalent qualification;
- proven experience in leading medium-large teams;
- established skills in process management/development and organizational transformation;
- solid experience in digitalization and innovation of information processes;
- strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills;
- excellent knowledge of Italian, English (B2 level), and preferably at least one other national language;
- proficiency in main IT applications.
- training or advanced courses in leadership, communication, or process management;
- previous experience in healthcare or complex administrative environments;
- knowledge of hospital IT systems and applications.
