Your responsibilities

• Communicate analysis results
• Handle complaints from medical offices, clinics, and hospitals
• Advise doctors on pre-analytical protocols
• Process non-compliance cases and file modifications
• Record requests for

home sampling

• Add analysis

Required skills

Technical:

• Scientific or medical training (laboratory technician diploma or medical assistant)
• Good knowledge of common medical analyses, typical results, and analytical protocols
• In-depth knowledge of medical office and hospital practices with a minimum of 5 years experience
• Comfortable with computer tools and demonstrate speed
• Good oral and written command of French
• English and/or German would be an asset
