Your tasks
- You accompany children and adolescents in acute difficult situations who live in the emergency admission unit for a transitional period.
- You are independently responsible for individual interdisciplinary case management with a systemic focus, intensively involving their family system.
- You work in specialist groups and thus help shape the further development of the institution.
- You participate in team meetings, team supervisions, as well as systemic and psychiatric professional and case consultations.
Your profile
- Degree in social pedagogy/social work (FH/HF) or comparable training.
- As a social pedagogue*in, you have professional experience and have further specialized, ideally in systemic counseling, or are willing to do so.
- As a trustworthy person, you meet people appreciatively, congruently, and engage actively in building relationships.
- In conflicts, you act calmly and decisively.
- You work solution-oriented and approach challenging situations with a touch of humor.
- You appreciate irregular working hours (evening, night, and partly weekend shifts).
