About the job
We are looking for a
Sous Chef Catering 100% | Monday - Friday
Your area of responsibility
- You work from Monday to Friday without room hours
- Supporting the kitchen management at internal events is part of your duties
- You assist at all stations for smooth production
- You ensure correct labeling and product presentation
- Your help in optimizing and further developing the department is also part of your tasks
- You consistently pay attention to occupational safety and hygiene regulations
- You plan creative and seasonal dishes for the catering brochure
- Ordering and inventory management are also in your hands
- You support other teams in the house if needed
Your profile
- You have completed training as a cook EFZ
- You have 3 - 4 years of professional experience, at least 1-2 years of leadership experience in a similar role
- You have fluent English skills in spoken and written form (company language English), German skills are an advantage
- You skillfully use your solid IT knowledge, ideally experience with G Suite as well as SAP / IUS
- You possess excellent hospitality qualities, work independently and responsibly, and always keep an overview
- An organizational talent who keeps an overview and does not lose their head in hectic situations
- High service orientation, enjoyment of customer contact complete your profile
