The following challenges await you:
- As the central contact person, you will look after our key accounts after contract conclusion and ensure a sustainable customer relationship.
- Together with our internal departments, you develop sustainable solutions and identify optimisation potentials early.
- You regularly analyse customer and performance metrics and derive targeted measures from them.
- You take responsibility for complaint and escalation management as well as professional communication with our customers.
- You accompany new customers during the implementation phase and ensure a successful project start.
- In close cooperation with Sales, Operations, and IT, you coordinate cross-departmental topics.
- Maintaining high data quality in the CRM and transparent documentation also fall within your area of responsibility.
- You independently advance your topics and successfully bring them to completion.
What you bring with you:
- Several years of professional experience in aftersales, customer service, customer operations, or key account management
- Enjoyment in actively developing customer relationships and creating sustainable solutions
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication and organisational skills as well as a confident manner
- High initiative and sense of responsibility
- Analytical thinking and confident handling of metrics and performance data
- Assertiveness and the ability to coordinate various stakeholders in a goal-oriented manner
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, C2 to Proficiency level
- Good MS Office skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus
