Your challenge:

For our production facility, we are looking for a reliable and committed personality in the field of cleaning technology and facility management. In this versatile role, you will contribute significantly to ensuring that our systems, buildings, and outdoor areas are optimally maintained and that production can operate under flawless conditions.

• Technical responsibility for the cleaning of production equipment and devices with active participation
• Organization and coordination of caretaking as well as building maintenance inside and outside our plant
• Care and maintenance of outdoor facilities and green areas as well as organization of winter services
• Carrying out minor repairs as well as maintenance and upkeep work on buildings and facilities
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and hygiene regulations in the company
  Coordination of deployments with the technical, cleaning, and production departments
• Collaboration and coordination with external service providers including obtaining and preparing quotes
• Organization and support for special and occasional weekend assignments
• Active participation in cleaning and maintenance work in the company
• Creation and management of work orders in the maintenance program Care Office

Your profile:

• Completed apprenticeship as a certified caretaker EFZ or a comparable manual-technical training
• Experience in building maintenance, facility management, or an industrial environment
• Ideally experience in a production or food company
• Manual skills as well as enjoyment of practical and versatile work
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Organizational skills and strong communication within the team
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
