To strengthen our team in the Winterthur, Zurich Oberland & Schaffhausen region, we are looking for a full-time employee (100%) starting immediately
What you will do with us
- Ensure profitability and plan construction sites proactively
- Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and reliable implementation
- Solve challenges with a customer-oriented approach and find pragmatic solutions on site
- Conduct analyses and surveys for sound technical assessment
- Act as the interface between sales and technical departments and coordinate collaboration
What we expect from you
- Successfully completed vocational training
- Professional experience as a manager (construction supervisor/foreman) in main and secondary construction trades
- Leadership experience and enjoyment in taking responsibility
- Solid IT skills
- Independent, structured, and absolutely reliable working style as well as a friendly and competent appearance
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Class B driving license
