Intern in Social Pedagogy (a) Workshop Adult Area

Take your first steps with us in the social pedagogical environment in the beautiful Entlebuch. Look forward to a varied internship where you can gain initial practical experience and meaningfully accompany our adult residents with disabilities through their daily lives.
Your tasks
- You accompany and support our adult residents primarily in the areas of work, life skills, and relationships. The focus is on co-determination and self-determination, developmental support, and participation.
- You actively participate in planning and implementing the daily routine as well as festive, cultural, social, and personal events.
- You have a strong interest in building and maintaining individual relationships with people requiring assistance.
- We operate 365 days a year, around the clock. You will mainly work Monday to Friday.
- The internship lasts 6 to 12 months. Ideally, you start from mid-February 2026; an earlier start is also possible by arrangement.
Your profile
- Desire to get to know social pedagogical/curative pedagogical work or to complete an internship related to social pedagogical training (pre-internship or training internship).
- You are at least 19 years old and have completed initial training or have a high school diploma.
- You think and act independently and look forward to working in a committed team.
- You face challenges openly and constructively and are flexible regarding changing needs and tasks.
- You are communicative, have a creative flair, and a great sense of humor.
