The Solothurn Center Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies, and promotes people with disabilities of all ages as a result of congenital and acquired limitations, illnesses, and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Across the entire foundation, around 200 employees are consistently committed to preserving, further developing, and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society.
At our location in Biberist, we are looking for a Nursing Assistant, 40-100% to start immediately or by arrangement.
What to expect
- Providing professional basic and treatment care
- Performing medical-technical tasks and nursing services according to training and further education standards
- Co-creating a meaningful individual daily life for people with multiple disabilities
- Taking on household tasks
Your profile
- Completed training as Health and Social Assistant EBA or SRK nursing assistant
- Professional experience in health and social services and a special flair for working with people with disabilities
- Good communication and writing skills as well as very good German language skills
- High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience
- Good IT application skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
